Position     : Mulesoft Integration Production support

Location     : New York , NY

Skill set/JD :


Technical Skills:

.    Mulesoft cloudhub/ESB

.    Mule AnyPoint Studio runtime 3.6.1

.    Java/Spring Experience

 
           Experience of Mule AnyPointStudio runtime 3.6.1

           Experience of Mulesoft On-Premise/Cloudhub and deployments

           L1/L2/L3  Production Support project experience

           Need to run triage calls with multiple teams and bring the  production issues to a closure

           Root cause analysis, fixes, changes and provide workarounds

           Coding in Mule involves Java/Spring, so experience in Java/Spring is needed

           Data transformation knowledge using Datamapper, xslt, java code

           Good problem solving and analysis skills

 

Project Activities:

Production support L1 and L2, admin activities, defect triaging, addressing service requests and incidents, fixes involving Coding, unit testing, Integration Testing

and E2E testing.

Detailed JD:

Define business requirements in the form of testing requirements.

Develop test plans.

Execute test plans.

Document test results.

Coordinate resolution of test results issues.

Provide accept or reject recommendations.

Outstanding attention to detail.

Desire to search for the root cause of an unusual event.

Excellent communication skills.

Experience with the testing tools Mandatory : HP Load runner/Performance center, HP ALM

Experience with the testing tools Optional : QTP, Winrunner
