Job Description:
· Manage and Lead for the salesforce.com configuration, migration, development / integration team
· Project management expertise and team leadership skills a must
· Reviews all team deliverables and delivers to client
· Provides guidelines work hours, effort and guidance
· Interfaces with client on routine basis
· Technical issue management
· Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, migration, integration, and data loading
Experience
· Experience SFDC Project Manager with Salesforce development experience (4 years SFDC PM experience, 10+ years IT PM experience)
· Excellent English communication skills, with demonstrable capability in handling complex requirement from clients based in the UK or US
· PM Certification required
· Experience of working with customization and configuration in Salesforce
· Excellent understanding in implementation including but not limited to:
· Project Planning
· Project Reporting
· Project Manuals
· Client Reporting
· Financial Reporting
· Experience with Unit and Systems Integration Testing
· Have experience of working in an offshore model
Desirable
· Salesforce certifications or advanced certification would be an added advantage
· Significant client facing experience
