Responsibilities

· Design, Build & Test the Platform to enable Nextgen Big Data technologies to cater to data streams from desperate data sources.

· Own development tools, processes, quality/performance for development work.

· Work in a Globally Distributed Development team environment to enable successful delivery with a minimal supervision

· Reports critical issues to leadership team and management effectively, timely and with clarity.

· Hands-on system design and development.

· Keep track of technical developments in the industry and innovatively utilize them in the ongoing projects.

Qualifications & Experience

· Must have at-least 2+ years of hands-on experience on Hadoop Ecosystem including HDFS, HIVE, HBase, Pig, Storm, Spark, Yarn, Map-Reduce, Sqoop, Flume etc.

· Must have strong Experience & Knowledge on Data modeling

· Ability to effectively communicate across globally distributed cross-functional teams and roles
