Title: Business Analyst III
Duration: 10-12 Months
Location: Remote position to Boston OR Chicago OR Denver OR Philadelphia.
Must live in one of this area but can work from home!
RATE is 40/hr
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of experience participating in projects involving the application of technology to solve human resource needs such as: HR self-service/portal, HR systems integration, HR shared services; prior experience managing or working within a product development or software support team is desired. Demonstrated track record of success in requirements gathering, documentation and testing of benefits applications.
Track record of producing quality deliverables on time and within budget. Proven ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and leverage the resources available to solve system- and outsourcing-related challenges Attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to multi-task in the midst of tight deadlines. Demonstrates commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Strong analytical skills and ability to solve difficult problems in a complex environment. A professional presence with polished and well developed written and verbal communication skills. Strong ability to collaborate and work successfully within virtual team based environment. An undergraduate degree is required. Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and MS Project.
Work closely with the Development team in an Agile/Scrum environment
Description:
They are looking for analytical thinkers, as well as excellent behavior skills. Strong social skills is needed as well as there will be several daily interactions.
What will be the interview process?
Phone interviews first, and then will be face-face interviews to wherever is local to contractor.
