2) Strong Technical Skills in C++.
3) Should have technical lead or Project lead experience and should be able
to manage multiple projects in parallel with dedicated team
4) TPF/C++ Project Estimation experience.
5) Excellent communication Skill – oral / written.Roles and
responsibilityRequirement
gathering and Detailed Requirement analysis. Should be able to covert the
requirement into solution design.
Review detailed design, deliverable and test plans
Interacts with Customers on daily basis. Should be able to take decisions
on Designing components.
Should be able to execute parallel projects with a dedicated team at
offshore.
Complete ownership of the project delivery from onshore.Total experience in
required skill (years)10+ years
