seeking an Internal Auditor to test and evaluate performance of financial
and non-financial controls; consult and review Section 404 control
documentation; perform consulting projects to analyze corporate and
worldwide business processes; and perform other activities to assist in
ongoing risk and materiality assessments.
Must have strong communication, interpersonal, MS Office and analytical
skills. Experience with business process mapping and knowledge of IT systems
and IT data analysis is preferred. Must have solid understanding of internal
controls and GAAP and SOX 404. Up to 20% travel is required.
Bachelors in Accounting or Finance with accounting concentration and two
plus years of related public accounting/public auditing experience is
required. CPA and/or CIA Certification is preferred.
