 Job Description :

 

Role : CUCM Voice Engineer

Location : Charleston, WV

Duration : 16+ month

 

The Engineers will  install 10x and convert legacy infrastructure through CMU over to 10x. The resource would need to be experienced and independently be able to Build 10x system from ground up and migrate older operating environments to new 10x platform.

 

Seeking  resources with expert level cisco contact center and Cisco IPT environment experience to assist with the planning, design and implementation of an infrastructure that will support current needs and future expansion plans. 

 

Must have excellent communication skills with neutral accent

 

Duties include:

·         Design implementation

·         Design Direction

·         Implementation consultation

·         Implementation direction

·         Hands on implementation of Cisco contact center components. 

 

Background and experience with any of these platforms and in the later versions of each are needed for new Cisco UC Enterprise Voice upgrade:

·         Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM) 10x 

·         UCS C and B series equipment installs

·         Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX)

·         Cisco Integrated Management Controller (CIMC)

·         Cisco Unified IM Presence (CUP)

·         Cisco Prime Collaboration Deployment (PCD)

·         Cisco Prime License Manager (PLM)

·         Cisco Prime Collaboration Provisioning (PCP)

·         Cisco Prime Collaboration Assurance (PCA)
