Job Title: SharePoint Admin/Architect
Location: Midtown, NYC, NY
Duration : 12+ Months
*** Must have US citizens or GC ***
The Environment:
4 Different Environment: Integration, Production, Development, UAT
There are different number of servers in each environment that serves different purpose in each environment
For example:
Integration has a Single Point Server that communicates throughout the environment
Production has a Front-end Web Server, Application Server, and etc.
Provided Host Apps
This runs on a .NET/IIS Server remotely
Communicates between the SP Environment and the web
SharePoint Claims Authentication (ADFS)
Syncs profiles with Active Directory Environment
SharePoint Design Packages
Search
Active Directory - they run GPO on the environment as well
Required Skills:
SharePoint 2013 is a must including the latest features and packs
There is a big difference in SP 2010 and SP 2013
Must able to explain the different SP environments
Must understand the different apps associated with SP 2013
Understand how to capture apps in SP
Understand SP Deployment Process
Strong understanding of SP Farm Architecture
Knowledge and experience with Active Directory and .NET Servers
Must be the Go-to-Person on a SP Team
