· Engagement with BTB and projects teams to deliver services and changes to services in a controlled manner
· Engagement with Service Control to ensure services KPI are tracked and managed effectively.
· End to End Management of the service delivery function for Sales IT services.
· Business Continuity Management to ensure services are available for various failure scenarios.

§ 7+ years experience with Spring/Hibernate: design and develop J2ee application using these
