Description ;
· Has Functional knowledge of Benefit Administration Tables, Payroll configurations, Base Benefit Tables, HR Core Tables.
· Knowledge of relational databases and PeopleSoft application architecture.
· Able to debug and resolve benefit administration processing errors Has experience in Tax updates /releases and perform unit testing, Ability to create complex queries when required
· Troubleshoot and work with IT to resolve any benefits related interface issues Communicates effectively with developers and other technical professionals to create interface programs
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience
· Minimum 3 to 5 years supporting Benefit Administration Module
· Minimum 3 to 5 years configuring Benefits Administration Setup tables
· Minimum 3 to 5 years supporting the PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll module on version 9.1
Required Skills/Experience :
· Maintain, and troubleshoot employee eligibility data. Can perform PS benefit admin processing to ensure employees are enrolled and terminated from the appropriate benefit plans
· Ability to configure benefit tables and has a proper understanding of Benefit Administration Event Rules, Event Classes and eligibility rules
· Maintain/modify PeopleSoft HCM, PeopleSoft Base Benefits and Payroll core tables Has good understanding of payroll processes, can execute a bi-weekly payroll and validate pay checks for deductions and earnings
· Configure, support and maintain system configuration changes for Event Maintenance or in anticipation of open enrolment. Provides coordination and expertise in the design, testing, and implementation of configurable components.
· Create, maintain and update all Portal Structure &Content (Folders and Content References) as well as the necessary security access
· Ability to create test plans and test cases. Also expected to execute test cases and record results.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong analytical and debugging skills
· Solid written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills/Experience
· PeopleSoft version 9.2 and People Tools 8.54
· PeopleSoft Testing Framework would be a plus.
Education/Certifications
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field required
