Role:  Project Lead - Project Manager
Work Location: San Jose, CA
Rates: $350/ Day 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Must have ability to work with application architects and technical teams and be able to understand technical requirements of the project(s).
• Ability to guide development teams and ensure timelines are met
• Ability to handle multiple tracks at one time and co-ordinate with cross functional teams simultaneously.
• Ability to deliver against aggressive timelines and meet deadlines
• Hands on experience in leading project planning and implementation of project
• Experience with facilitating the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
• Leadership reporting and direct client engagement
• Develop full scale project plans.
• Make decisions, raise issues, risks and report them to the leadership
• Coordination between cross functional project teams
• Ability to constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills i.e. written and spoken
• Ability to work with cross functional teams across multiple time zones.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with teams and client leadership
