·         Responsible for converting the TDs to create low level design(development object)

o   Develop / configure attribute-level requirement for each domain and data model

o   Coordinate with user/stakeholders to create and configure Match rules and execute multiple cycle of Match Rule fine-tuning

o   Configuring the match & merge rules and all the data transformation workflows

·         Responsible for all technical / development changes required

·         Responsible for all technical configuration/development changes/performance improvement tweaking during development

·         Manage environment migration and production deployment

·         Defining the requirements for database objects (Procedures, Views, Packages, etc.) and delegate to off-shore for development

·         Involve and coordinate with off-shore team for unit-testing, integration testing and performance tuning
