We are looking for Documentum Developer for our client based @ Greenville NC.

Position: Documentum Developer
Location: Greenville NC
Type of Hire: Contract / CTH

Must Have Skills:  Documentum and Documentum Compliance Manager

Desired Skills: Good communication, Customer management, DCM Customization, Pharma domain. 

Job Roles / Responsibilities: 
The person has to work and manage the DCM deployment of the customer and provide L2 support of the application..

1.     Ensuring knowledge of ITIL processes
2.     Management of resources, mentoring and ensuring adherence of SLA
3.     Ensure following of correct practices of Incident creation, service request creation and closure.
4.     Provide support for the application during US working hours.
5.     Migrations into or out of DCM platform
6.     Ability to write scripts, DQL and dfc and perform troubleshooting of Documentum platform
