Job Description:

1. Windows Desktop\Server Operating System administration
2. WMI - Windows Management Instrumentation
3. SCCM 2007\2012 agent troubleshoot experience
4. SCCM Package troubleshooting (Legacy and App Deploy)
5. In Depth Log analysis for SCCM and Windows events
6. T-SQL Query experience and understanding of the SCCM 2007/2012 Database SCHEMA
7. Customer Service Skills, including clear speaking voice, proficient email and Instant messenger skills and reliable follow up tracking to resolution.
8. Ability to document findings and solutions, and publish to knowledge base repository
