Title: iOS Developer

Location: Boston, MA

Duration: 6+ months

Description:

Our client is looking for an iOS developer to build and continue development of their existing iOS, Android and Web network

Duties:

Design, implement and evolve client's existing iOS development.

Ability to work independently and or as a team, self-motivated.

Working with the management team to translate technical requirements and user interface needs into great apps

Qualifications:

iOS Requirements

1.) 2+ years of hands-on Mobile App development
2.) Development experience in Objective-C and the iOS SDK (Software Development Kit) (formerly iPhone SDK)
4.) One or more iPhone/iPad apps on iTunes
5.) Unix/Linux experience desirable
6.) Knowledge in Agile methods
7.) Experience in the design of web service architectures for mobile-connected applications

Extras:

Some experience with the following preferred:

Core Data
Cocoapods
Ruby on Rails
PostgreSQ (often simply Postgres)
Heroku
Git

Experience with mobile-native APIs (camera, location services, accelerometer, etc.)
At least one app in the App Store
Experience with Xcode IDE
Experience with RESTful and JSON-based web APIs
Android/Windows Phone development
Experience programming in industry
Worked in an Agile environment
