Mandatory Requirements:
Requires thorough technical analytical and operational knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
Requires good functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM modules: HR, Benefits and Payroll
5+ years' experience performing Quality Assurance functions with demonstrated experience in Software Development Lifecycle quality delivery
Strong SQL, Application Engine, SQR, Integration Hub, FileNet and IDM
At least 4 years' experience in testing with a firm understanding of functional and technical end-to-end testing, system testing, Payroll parallel testing, batch processing, user acceptance, testing and regression
At least 2 years' experience with various testing methodologies
At least 1 year experience with test management tool experience (ALM, Quality Center)
Ability to share and communicate ideas both verbally and in writing to staff, business sponsors, managers, and technical resources in clear concise language that is appropriate to the target audience.
