Client in the Irving, TX area is seeking a Kronos Consultant to assist with work related to a company divestiture. As part of the transition, this team is providing IT support for a period of time as the other business unit / Company builds its own IT infrastructure. The scope of the Kronos "clone and purge" project is to provide a cloned copy of the current Kronos application minus LOB specific data.
General Scope:
Technical "ramp up" period for the external resource to become familiar with the Client's environment and specific tasks and work stream assigned to the project; Pilot phase & Execution Phase
Execute the "clone and purge" of the existing Kronos v6.3 production environment to a pilot staging environment under the direction of the current Kronos IT Architect
Execute documentation of all "clone and purge" step activities required
Facilitate and assist with the database "cleanse" of the Kronos v6.3 production environment; to make ready for newly formed organization
Assist Kronos IT with specific tasks (as assigned) related to the planning, execution and/or documentation related to the "clone and purge" project
Technical "ramp down" period for the external resource to perform required documentation of changes as well as knowledge transfer of any/all tasks performed independently by external resource
Kronos IT Resource Requirements:
Experienced Kronos (v6.3) Technical Consultant; required
Expertise with Kronos architecture
Expertise with Kronos data structure
Experience with WIM and WDM
Experience with SQL; a plus
Exemplary track-record meeting project deadlines independently; remote
Experience with data extracts; (JDE experience a plus; not required)
