Work Location: San Jose, CA
Start date: ASAP
End Date: 6 months with extension highly likely

JOB DESCRIPTION
Required:
- Facilitate resource supply-demand planning for the program
- Track and report resource utilization
- Assist the program manager gather and report resourcing metrics
Desired:
Technology
• Experience within an IT PMO role
• Experience with planning and managing IT projects
• Experience with multi-tasking and effectively managing multiple deadlines and deliverables
• Experience with PMO best practices, multiple work streams, developing and delivering senior level presentations, process mapping, efficiency and effectiveness
, resource demand/supply management, develop and execute communication plans and critique and develop PMO templates and tools
• Knowledge of integration points and the order in which these must be executed
• Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
• Experience with large Full Life Cycle (FLC) project implementations
