- Relevant Experience has to be only in IT sector
- Knowledge of contemporary human resources principles practices and processes.
- Working knowledge of state regulations affecting human resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees while inspiring respect and credibility.
- Demonstrated ability to positively influence human resource decision-makers.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a complex operating environment.
- Joining Formalities.
- Handling Employee Database.
- Leaves and Attendance Management.
- Handling the payroll statutory compliance (PF/ESIC/LWF/ Professional Tax/TDS etc.)
- Confirmations, Performance Appraisals, Performance Management.
- Liaison with various government organizations for Employee Provident Funds,
- ESI and other Retirement Benefits.
