Title: Java with Drool and BPMN Exp

Location: Dallas, TX

Position Type: Long term Contract

Hourly: DOE

 

10+ years software development experience as a Java Developer

A minimum of 3+ years of experience with Java, Spring, multi-threaded systems preferred.

Drools or any other similar tools Business Rules Management System experience

Have expert Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) knowledge and experience

Experience directing projects to an efficient solution while meeting aggressive timelines.

Ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas, thoughts, and opinions during requirements and design sessions with the development team.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Willing to take initiative, learn quickly and be able to adapt to shifting priorities is essential.

Strong attention to detail

Core Java, Multi-threading, Performance Tuning, Servlets, JSP

J2EE 7 Development Experience

HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery or similar JavaScript libraries a strong plus

Exposure to Agile / TDD is a strong plus.

Experience with JMS and other Messaging Queuing systems a plus

XML and Web Services

Complex Data Models

Experience with SOAP and RESTWeb Services a plus

Must have knowledge expert with consumer lending products – Secured/Unsecured Loans, Credit Cards, Auto, Real Estate

Functionally knowledgeable in multiple lending areas including – Loan origination, underwriting, credit decision, credit policies, collateral

Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements

Strong interpersonal, written and public speaking skills with ability to communicate complex information, qualitative and quantitative    concepts, to all levels of associates and management
