Required Skill:
§ Develop: With limited direction, develop new complex applications using the Prinova MessagePoint tool and HP Exstream Dialogue. Apply structured programming techniques that adhere to coding standards, although some deviation from standards can be expected for particular development efforts. Participate in development walkthroughs.
§ Testing: Develop unit test and test scripts; performs unit, regression, conversion and parallel tests. Also able to coordinate and conduct system stress tests on software. Assists quality assurance teams during Quality Assurance Tests.
§ Technical Support: Supporting client's application on Prinova MessagePoint, resolving issues and participating in upgrades.
§ Documenting: Assist in the creation of Scoping Document Blueprint, Technical Functional Specifications and Training manuals.
§ Communication: Convey problems, solutions, updates and project status to management and team members. Develop and maintain systems and user documentation.
§ Planning: Prepare estimates for assigned tasks and attends post-implementation reviews.
§ Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
