Must have skills
• BS/BA degree in Information Technology or equivalent. Masters level degree in Business/Finance/Management preferred
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Banking industry in a business analysis or industry practitioner role
• Solid Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access and Project
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing technical concepts to all audiences
• Practical experience in gathering client requirements, data mapping and data analysis
• Knowledge of US mortgage industry including understanding of mortgage origination and servicing domain
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, and manage multiple task assignments in a cross-cultural team supporting different time zones
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to client service excellence
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Understanding of databases and basic pl/sql
Other skills
• Basic to Intermediate knowledge of testing and SDLC
• Ability to develop client relationships and comfortably interact with senior level clients
• Strong project management, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Experience managing teams is a plus
