•Good data analytics skills, and should help the team to get understanding of the system by looking at various data points

•Good understanding of Splunk for analytics

•Adhoc reporting, real-time analytics

•Scripting skills – Python, Perl etc

•IP Video experience is desirable

•MS Office suite

•Good communication skills, cross-team communication, co-ordinating meetings

•JIRA, Servicenow tool exposure
