Job Title: Business Analysts/Process Engineer

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration : 12 Months

Responsibilities:

Elicit requirements and current/future state process flows using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis and task & workflow analysis.

Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.

Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the solution team through which process requirements flow.

Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.

Collaborate with security, identity and access management personnel and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability, performance, compliance, regulatory, role, entitlement and other security needs.

Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.

 

Required Skills:

Consulting Industry experience, demonstrated thru 8+ years of process engineering experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group: executives; managers; and subject matter experts.

Experience and process mapping in the identity and access management disciplines.

Experience in managing client relationships and seeking additional opportunities to serve them.

Experience in several business processes within midsize to large companies performing a Business Analysis role, preferably in the CPG and Manufacturing industries.

Familiarity with ERP Systems is preferred e.g. Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics.

Developed previous Process Engineering artifacts, (Workflow, Requirements Specifications, linkages between use cases and common control frameworks and security policies, etc.) that can be shared during the interview process.

Must have exposure to managing projects and/or organization change management initiatives.

Must have proficiency in office products Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Visio and MS Project

Must have initiative and great people skills

Comfortable in challenging environments and meeting leadership

Client service oriented mind set

Goal-oriented and manages to deadlines.

Cloud Platform Engineer (Need 2 people):

REQUIRED

-          AWS system creation, leveraging custom AMI's or vendor specific AMI's

-          AWS expertise in provisioning, configuring AWS storage services such as

o   S3

o   Glacier

o   EBS

-          AWS expertise with Encryption and Encryption Key management using KMS or equivalent products

-          AWS expertise on Route53 services

-          AWS expertise with Cloud Formation or other provisioning automation products

-          Expertise with Ansible, Puppet and/or Chef

-          Expertise with security concepts around Security group management

-          Expertise with Monitoring and Alerting platforms such that they can create and adjust necessary monitoring scripts or services .

-          Expertise with AWS RDS offerings such as instance:

o   Deployment

o   Encryption

o   Configuration

o   Management

-          Expertise with Docker/ Container environments such as:

o   Maintain Docker orchestration platform

o   Work closely with Networking and Infrastructure to ensure platform availability

o   Work closely with Build/Deployment Engineers to ensure applications are packaged appropriately for Docker orchestration platform

PREFERRED:

-          Experience deploying and configuring OpenShift environments

-          Experience with managing Infrastructure  as code environments at AWS

-          Experience working in a DevOPS environment

-          Experience with AWS ECS (Amazon Container Services)

-          Apache / Tomcat / Java expertise / Couchbase / MySQL

 

Cloud Network Engineer (1 to 2 Person):

REQUIRED

-          Experience with cloud services (ideally AWS) – specific knowledge of setting up geographically redundant services in the cloud.

-          Expert understanding of networking and core Internet protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and distributed networks).

 

-          Experience with managing Infrastructure  as code environments at AWS including CloudFormation, VPC's and the AWS CLI

-          Experience managing, monitoring and supporting cloud devices/services.

-          Scripting experience – Bash/JSON/Powershell, etc.

-          Experience with security concepts around Security group management

-          Expertise with Monitoring and Alerting platforms such that they can create and adjust necessary monitoring scripts or services.

-          Have a strong technical background in networking technologies including VPN, IPSec, BGP, MPLS, TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and Load Balancing

-          Have a fundamental understanding in how to implement cloud based networks, firewall and proxy servers

 

PREFERRED:

-          Experience working within operational processes, DevOps, deployments, etc.

-          Experience with automation frameworks (Ansible/Chef/Puppet) and configuration management tools

-          Have the ability to assess, architect, design and implement all elements of a Private Cloud Environment at an enterprise level

 

3.       ALM Tools Administrator (1 Person)

REQUIRED:

-          Ensure the ALM tools are available

-          Install and maintain a current patch level with the tools

-          Configure Roles and groups for new project teams

-          Configure project workflows

-          Experience administering the Atlassian ALM suite

o   JIRA

o   Confluence

o   Bitbucket

o   Bamboo

 

PREFERRED:

-          Experience administering a Selenium Grid

-          Linux System Administration

-          Experience Operating Java applications

-          Development experience on Java

 

4.       ALM Build/Deployment Engineer (3 Person)

REQUIRED:

-          Configure Build Plans for packaging the application

-          Automate the deployment process for the application

-          Automate the test execution for the application

-          Configure the Deployment Pipeline for the application

-          Creating Docker containers

-          Programming/Scripting experience in:

o   Perl

o   Java

o   Shell

o   ANT

o   MAVEN

o   BAMBOO

o   NEXUS

o   SonarQube

o   SoapUI

o   Groovy

PREFERRED:

-          Cucumber specification and testing

-          AWS Services exposure

-          GIT & SCM experience

-          Experience creating documentation in Confluence

-          REST API experience

 

5.       Application Reliability Engineer (2 Person)

REQUIRED:

-          Automate the performance test execution for the application

-          Maintain the synthetic monitoring and alerting for the application

-           Maintain the application logging infrastructure

-           Provide Level 2 support for applications

-          Tools Experience with:

o   SoapUI

o   LoadUI

o   AlertSite

o   ElasticSearch

o   Kibana

o   LogStash or Fluentd

-          Systems Experience:

o   Linux Administration

o   WebLogic

o   Tomcat

o   Apache

o   Load Balancers

PREFERRED:

-          Experience with WSO2 API Manager, IS.

-          Experience with AWS ELB

-          Experience with F5

-          Experience with MySQL DB

-          Experience with Couchbase

-          Experience with OpenShift environments.

-          Experience with Ansible, puppet, or chef.
