Job Description:
VMG Basic Qualifications The candidate for the above-captioned position should exhibit the following requirements:-
Major tasks would be:
· Present on basic functionality to a target audience based on direction; solicit feedback in gap/fit, CRP and UAT sessions.
· Manage expectations, including change management messages.
· Interview and document existing processes at low level details.
· Work with business teams to organize data into provided templates, answer questions, provide feedback.
· Help organize cutover events, such as running weekly meetings, resolving issues on the issues log, minimizing open changes at go-live.
· Work with compliance to start and finish validation events.
· Contribute to unit testing the system prior to CRP/UAT events.
· Provide guidance and assistance to documenting the new processes being introduced.
· Comfortable providing training to a group of users based on provided training materials.
· Able to recognize patterns in data beyond that seem abnormal, beyond what a technical validation would uncover.
· Excel skills, Medical device manufacturing experience and any experiences launching products are strong pluses.
· Capable of being at a site during key project milestones (possibly for several weeks at a time if that was what is called for) to drive tasks completion.
· The candidate should have Agile implementation experience, even it was as an end user or super user role.
