Job Description:-


We are looking for a Test Engineer (Software Performance testing). The ideal candidate will be self motivated individual with a passion for testing and quality assurance.

·         Minimum 5 years of experience in Performance Testing

·         Proven experience in developing performance test scripts for UI, Database and web service.

·         Must have minimum 3-4 years' experience in JMeter and 1-2 years exp in Loadrunner/any performance testing tool 

·         Must have minimum 3-4 years' experience in back end performance testing in Oracle platform

·         Review requirements, specifications, and other product documentation to assure quality of the products and tests to be developed;

·         Creates performance test approach and strategy from system requirements and design documents.

·         Establishes product performance benchmarks for system and system components.

·         Identify performance requirements and measurement criteria

·         Need to identify test cases which to be mapped with performance requirements, development of the scripts and execution in testing cycle.

·         Test data set up and data load for each cycle of performance testing

·         Need to identify performance issue and analyze root cause as part of performance engineering activities

·         Responsible for creating and maintaining test artifacts.

·         The engineer will work with management, developers, and quality assurance personnel, to meet these goals.

·         Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all test objects developed and test environments used.

·         Research and document bug reports following agreed-upon processes immediately upon discovery of a quality problem.

·         Update test execution status following agreed-upon processes as part of regularly- scheduled test status updates.

·         Trace test cases and results back to specific quality risks.
