Responsibilities:
9-10 years of Business Analyst , , it's crucial to be an excellent pure business analyst. Well spoken, excellent documentation skills, able to "read" people and adjust rapidly based on how conversations are going and overall be good at thinking quickly with a knack for solving problems. Secondary to that, but still very important, is the actual technical knowledge. SharePoint 2010, 2013 and Online being the largest components and then there are a lot of peripheral technologies that compliment SharePoint... Office products, .Net experience, InfoPath, business intelligence products, workflow products, etc.
We have people who can fill just about any technical gap or weakness a person has as well as train them fairly quickly, but being an amazing analyst takes a lot time to develop. There is a strong preference for technical expertise as well, but if we find gaps during the interview process, it's not the end of the world especially if the person is exceptional as a BA.
We are open to both junior and senior people at this time in regards to SharePoint experience. We have a heavy focus on BA knowledge, verbal and written communications, ability to think quickly and overall fit to our team. The SharePoint/ Office 365 BA experience is highly desired though and will be evaluated when considering all candidates.
We are looking for a well spoken, highly analytical SharePoint consultant to lead several client engagements. The ability to think independently and quickly is a must. Additionally, the candidate should well versed in strategic, analytical and design documentation. Candidates will be evaluated based on prior experiences, ability to answer 'real world' scenario questions as well as overall fit with our existing team. We have a lot of new business coming in right now and we are looking to expand our team. The hours are very flexible as long as client meetings can be met as well as any internal team meetings. Our clients and staff are scattered throughout the US; so typically 8AM - 9PM EST there might be meetings here and there (we prefer A FEW meetings as possible!), but how, when and where the person does their work outside of those meetings is completely up to them. Hours range from 30-50 hours a week typically, depending on demand fluctuations.
