• Expert knowledge of following modules of PeopleSoft HCM
o Human Resources (Core HR)
o Workforce management - Manager and Employee Self Service
o Profile Management
o Contract management
o Organization structure and Core HR set up
o Knowledge of Approval Workflow Engine
o PeopleSoft security
• Peoplesoft Version 9.1+
Experience Required
• He / she should be able to
o Resolve Day to Day production support issues
o Create Functional and Technical design documents
o Performing testing of delivered process and custom processes
o Review Results and Debug issues
• Integration of Core HR with other modules like Time and Labor
Roles & Responsibilities : o Resolve Day to Day production support issues
o Create Functional and Technical design documents
o Performing testing of delivered process and custom processes
o Review Results and Debug issues
Generic Managerial Skills :
• Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
Education : Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
