Responsibilities:
Leading economic/financial consulting firm, seeks an experienced SAS Administrator. The SAS Administrators primary role will be to support, maintain and upgrade the analytical systems we utilize for casework, including SAS, R, Netezza, STATA, Matlab, SPSS, and Mathmatica. Position will be responsible for developing and/or implementing new technologies and initiatives impacting our SAS and other analytical systems.
Position will also be responsible for developing training and mentoring the users of the analytical platforms used at Cornerstone Research. While a small % of the time, it has a lot of weight in who is best suited for this role. Must have good communication skills and be comfortable presenting to a large group of internal employees over video conference link.
Ideal candidate has 5+ years experience supporting SAS, Netezza, and related systems, excellent interpersonal/communication skills,. Must have a flexible, responsive, strong customer service orientation. Must enjoy working in a fast paced environment and possess the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations. Bachelors degree in IT related field required.
