Role: Facets Systems Analysts

Location: Detroit, MI

Mode of Hiring: Contract / Contract to hire

Start Date: Immediate

Requirement –
•          Atleast 5 years of Information Technology experience encompassing Healthcare Domain.
•          Good BRD creation experience and documentation skills
•          In depth experience in most Facets modules (e.g. Membership, Claims, Provider, Billing), EDI knowledge is nice to have
•          Strong Database knowledge with experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
•          Strong analytical skills with a focus on critical thinking
•          Ability to easily traverse through the Facets Data Dictionary
•          Explore the various possible scenarios to derive the possibility of occurrence
•          Ability to work in cross-functional teams across multiple geographies
•          Ability to lead meetings including JAD sessions and ensure the agenda of the meeting is met
•          Excellent communication skills
