Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 8-10 Yrs
Technical/Functional Skills :
The candidate should have strong Technical Knowledge of Oracle Database and E-biz suite
Should have the acumen to quickly understand the Business requirements and translate those into Oracle Application for creating the technical design.
Should have knowledge in Inventory, Bills of Material, Work in Process, Quality modules. Exposure to other Oracle Apps module would be an added advantage.
Experience Required : Must show solid experience in Oracle Technical and e-biz suite
Roles & Responsibilities : Should be able to handle following independently :
Business Requirement Gathering
Process Mapping, Map – Gap Analysis
Business User clarification
Interface, Enhancement, Report and Conversion development using Oracle Pl/Sql, Report builder, Oracle Forms, Forms Personalization, XML Publisher etc.
Oracle Apps Inventory and SCM modules (Inventory, BOM,WIP,QA)
Should be able to gather requirement, do impact analysis, provide solution, coordinate with Onsite-Offshore
Generic Managerial Skills : As the requirement needs extensive customer interaction following skills would be required:
Excellent communication skill (verbal and writing)
Strong analytical ability
Excellent Organization and Planning capability
Education : Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree in Management would be added advantage
