Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI: Telephonic and Face to Face • Required to know modern web development techniques in .NET using MVC as well as modern client side techniques • Required to fully understand and be able to drive a source control pattern (branches, tags, etc.) and release strategy. Continuous Integration experience is a plus • Required to have a sense of design and excellent presentation layer skills • Ability to integrate content from multiple web sites Technical Skills • C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, LINQ and the Entity Framework • Understanding of AD Groups, LDAP • MVC .NET, including experience unit testing with MVC, TDD a plus • Sql Server, and Oracle – solid understanding of database and performance implications on web applications • Solid understanding of JavaScript, including but not limited to tools like JQuery including knowledge of HTML 5 and its impacts • Deep understanding CSS including knowledge of HTML 5 and its impacts • Knowledge of UX techniques and ability to make design decisions rooted in quality user experience • Proven experience with Ruby on Rails, PHP or DJango • Nice to have – experience using Linux, Perl, Python or Ruby
