Skills Required and Job Description:

MOI: Telephonic and Face to face Primary Responsibilities: Lead the migration from the existing IIS 6 web sites to the new IIS 7.5. This involves transferring, testing and launching ASP, ASP.NET and FrontPage web sites on the IIS 7.5. As part of this role, you will: Create templates Define and direct the system tools, Review and provide documentation, Schedule, organize and execute the migration plan, Execute tests Identify and present options to IT support team Upgrade existing ASP, ASP.NET and FrontPage web site templates. Provide technical guidance and training to existing users, including interfacing with and training existing web site authors.   Job Qualification: Experience with Windows 2003 and Windows 2008 R2 servers, web sites administration and Active Directory. Experience in IIS 6 and IIS 7.5 administration.  Mastery skills within FrontPage, FPSE, Dreamweaver, Expression Web, and Windows Server Admin Pack Demonstrated success working in face to face interaction with web owners/web authors. Strong and effective communication and collaboration skills. Demonstrated strong process orientation. Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability. Capable of working with minimal direction (both independently and within a group). Strong customer orientation and focus, ability to understand unexpressed customer needs and deliver on those. Strong interpersonal skills. Bachelor's Degree or University Degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline equivalent plus a minimum of 3 years related experience.   The following additional skills/experiences are highly desired: Experience in IIS 6 and IIS 7.5 migration
