Strong communication skills - liaison between business, IT and other stakeholders
Experience as PM in major Healthcare provider organizations (Kaiser, Cigna, BCBS etc)
Good experience in Healthcare Industry - has an overall idea on Claims processing, Medicare encounter submissions, Risk Adjustment etc
Experience on Delivery focused by improving execution and also by implementing new process and procedure
Experience in driving the execution and integration of the project plan, work commitments, through to the completion and acceptance of project deliverables utilizing mySDLC.
Experience in establish coordination across IT for individual projects and developing project plans to best utilize IT resources to realize Project Business Plan objectives.
Considerable experience in preparing dashboards, metrics to publish Progress and Project Health
Has handled overall ownership of Delivery, prioritization, financial and effort estimation, managed risks and prepared contingency plans, Defect Management Activities, communication plan etc.
Experience in Microsoft Project Plan
Experience in Project Management (planning, tracking and control), Release Planning and Coordination, Supply/Demand Forecasting, Metrics Reporting and Project Cost Analysis. Complete Development estimate in Definition phase and Development re-estimate in development phase.
Experience in SOX IT General Control compliance activities
