Service Power-Oracle Apps Techno-Functional Analyst
Location: Westminister, MA
Responsibilities:
• Requirement Gathering, Analysis, and Design for integration of Oracle Field Service module with Service Power Intelligent Scheduler
• Preparation of functional specifications and setup documents utilizing Oracle AIM methodology
• Perform solution prototyping
• Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Prepare user documentation and conduct power user training
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Current or recent Oracle Applications Analyst experience
• Experience with previous Service Power integrations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Minimum 5 years of experience with the following:
o Oracle R12 Service Contracts, Field Service, Installed Base modules
o Oracle Applications Implementation Methodology (AIM) experience
• Ability to write SQL queries and understanding of core database table structure for Oracle modules stated above.
