Position Role/Title: SAP FiCO
Location: Redmond, WA
Duration: 10 Months
Rate: Quote reasonable
Qualifications
The SAP FICO – The candidate must have deep SAP FICO expertise and have intimate familiarity with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and US GAAP.
Responsibilities
• Provide end-to-end business process guidance and solution definition for the configuration and gap development on SAP ECC FICO, along with deep expertise in Costing-based and Account-based Profitability Analysis.
• Participate in SAP enterprise-wide solution design review sessions to help ensure that a robust application framework and roadmap is achieved for the SAP global footprint in our client organizations
• Support the development of business cases for new SAP FICO initiatives, participate in blueprint and design sessions while communicating the benefits, risks, and constraints to the business and Information Technology stakeholders, and support the implementations by reviewing deliverables and helping to ensure that projects adhere to design specifications
• Provide a single point of contact with other teams for designated SAP FICO work stream design issues, focusing on functional integration points between finance, strategy, and planning processes and SAP technology components like SAP portal and other non-SAP applications
Basic Qualifications:
• Three (3) years experience in SAP FICO Lead roles or other program and project management capacities.
• Strong experience architecting and delivering complex SAP FICO enterprise solutions for global organizations serving as the primary functional leader
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with various levels in a global organization
• Solutions-driven approach to architecture design
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Professional Skills
• Ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Additional Preferred Skill Requirements:
• Full development lifecycle experience: requirements, design, build, test, deploy
• Previous Consulting or client service delivery experience preferred
• Application design and architecture components
• Process and functional design activities
• Creating functional requirements as an input to application design
• Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
• Supervising application build, test, and deploy activities
• Planning and executing data conversion activities
• Driving test planning and execution
