Good morning.   Please let me know if you have anyone really strong for the following.  thanks!!  rate is open  – very best we can do.  we'd prefer candidate local to NJ area, but can do expenses too for the right candidate if needed. 

This is going to another implementer I do a lot of work with, so our rates will need to reflect room for them…

We are looking for a lead level Oracle HCM (functional, or techno functional) consultant to start immediately for 3 -4 months with our client in NJ. In addition to the HCM work, this consultant should be able to work with Project Sponsors  to define the scope/deliverables  for future projects that are in the road map starting from Q1, 2014. This will be a multi-country roll out, so any international HR experience would be excellent.
