Job Description
We are looking to hire, under contract, a Programmer Analyst. This position will be assigned to work for the Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District (SRCSD) IT in Elk Grove and Sacramento. The selected individual will work in concert with the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) group to develop and test code for various ECM applications. The contract will start at 1-year; it may however, be extended.
Mandatory skills (documented in the candidates resume) include:
• IBM FileNet P8 development with .NET
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010/2012 (C# and JavaScript: including Initializes, Lambda, and Delegate programming.)
• Demonstrated experience with HTML5 and JQuery
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft WCF web services
• Experience with SQL Server
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent written and oral communications
Desirable skills (documented in the candidates resume) include:
• Knowledge of Knockout.js, JQuery UI, and JQuery Linq
• Experience with Microsoft Silverlight 5
• Experience with MVVM architecture pattern
• Kofax 10 experience
• Experience in conducting end user software testing
• Demonstrated ability to perform Functional Requirements
