Role Description:  

Help client develop user technical documentation for a their new sales and service technical architecture. 

Requirements:

Ø  5+ years of experience as a Lead Technical Writer

Ø  Must have experience creating and updating technical documentation for external users of the new framework. 

Ø  Must have experience at create training and user materials.

Ø  Products could include written or visual product/process documentation, technical documentation and illustrations, online information, and training.   

Ø  Should have experience as technical writer for financial institutions

Ø  Key responsibilities are:

Ø  Produce deliverables that include written or visual product/process documentation, technical documentation such as catalogs, manuals, online information.

Ø  May provide product documentation for training programs for external customers and internal employees
