• BA/BS Degree, in a technology related field or business administration
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently
• Must be flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of challenging tasks.
• Detail oriented personality, exhibits analytical skills, and has a process driven mentality suited for requirements analysis

• Business Requirements
• Business Rules
• Solutions Requirements
