Position: PeopleSoft GL Functional Consultant

Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: 3+ Months

 

Experienced GL resource who ideally knows all of the GL processes including Chartfields, entering JE's, XL JE uploads and, very important, how to close a period end in PS GL.    This person should also know a thing or two about accounting (not have to learn what a debit is).  Part of what this person will be doing is demoing/teaching GL functionality, delivered and custom, to the users at OH.  They need to have good teaching, public speaking skills

 

Requirements:

·         5 years' Functional experience in PeopleSoft Financials v9.1 specifically in General Ledger

·         Must have deep experience win GL

·         Excellent Leadership and teaching skills

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as attention to detail.

·         Client facing. Strong communication skills are necessary plus ability to drive items to a successful close are needed.
