Title: Remedy Architect
Location: Omaha, Nebraska
Duration: 6+ months

Job Description:

The candidate must have at least 8 – 10 years of directly related, demonstrable experience in technology and architecting comprehensive IT solutions, managing the development and deployment of these solutions, and managing the customer relationship throughout the lifecycle of the engagement

Skills:

· Broad experience of defining all aspects of a solution, including ITSM platform, networking, applications, security, data, monitoring, integration, user interface

· Thorough understanding of integration techniques including web services, API, database, etc…

· Development of business architecture solutions using formal methodologies/processes/practices

· Proficient in most architectural disciplines (i.e., Business, Application, data and Technical)

· Effective people and delivery management skills

· Strong leadership and negotiations skills

· Facilitation and process design

· 8 – 10 years of experience with BMC ITSM suite mandatory

· Expertise with implementing BMC Remedy ITSM v8.x, specifically Service Request Management, Configuration Management, Service Desk, AR System Development

· At least one successful implementation of BMC SRM and Portal / Similar technology and Atrium Configuration Management database implementation

· Ability to integrate diverse software applications into single system is highly desirable – API, WebServices, ARDBC, other
