Job description:
Required Skills
1. Should have one life cycle implementation experience of SAP HR (pay roll can be excluded).
2. Should have good knowledge on the HR integration with other modules of SAP
3. Must be from or native NCR region and should be excellent in speaking in Hindi
4. Ability to work in teams, guide and support team members
5. Should have excellent customer facing skills
6. Solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
7. Work independently, be a self-starter.
8. Flexibility to travel according to project needs.
9. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
10. Highly motivated, dedicated and thrives on resolving challenging issues in SMART way.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Will directly interact with clients and provide assistance during various phases of implementation.
2. Must have Good understanding of business processes in area of responsibility
3. Master data upload - LSMW & BDC
4. Good Experience in SAP PA and Negative TIME MANAGEMENT modules
5. Give support and training to end users as and when required.
6. Write Functional specifications
7. Perform Unit testing and maintain test scripts.
