 Work SummaryThe candidates filling this Lead position will be responsible forworking with Development leads and Architect in the high-level systemsdesign/architecture and full-scale implementation of the system.  The candidate will perform in a server-sidedevelopment role or may also work on client side, and may also beresponsible for writing requirements/technical specifications/use cases. Thecandidate is expected to demonstrate expertise in core Java as well as Springand Hibernate and web technologies such as and SOAP, XML, CXF and XPATH. Applicants should have experience using multiple programming/scriptinglanguages, developing automated test cases using the JUNIT Framework,and in cross browser development.  Experience with JSF, Richfaces, AJAX, XHTML, DHTML is a major plus.  The candidate is expected to workcreatively and independently to accomplish project goals.
