Role: Sr. SAP ABAP Consultant  
* Support clients in the incremental implementation, and support of SAP ABAP R/3 for financial domain (SAP FISL module).  
* The role is expected to deliver complex SAP solutions to challenging deadlines.   

Technical Skills:   
1. 8+ years of ABAP R/3 experience   
2. Should have experience in implementation and integrated planning  
3. More focus on Interface and reports in SAP  
4. Debugging skills  
5. Performance tuning  
6. Knowledge of ABAP object oriented programming  

Expected knowledge level:  
ABAP R/3 - 4.5/5  
FI CO - 3/5  
Data dictionary - 3.5/5  
Interface - 3.5/5  
Reports - 4/5  
OOPS - 3.5/5  
Debugging skill - 4/5  
Performance tuning - 3.5/5  

Other Requirements:   
1. Excellent understanding of SAP ABAP R/3  
2. Ability to conceptualize and deliver solutions for requirements.   
3. Ability to govern and lead a small SAP R/3 team for development and support.   
4. Ability to quickly grasp DB Build and Architecture layout and DB related processes   
5. Able to collaborate with clients, and have a strong desire to drive the solutioning.   
6. Project and team management skills  
7. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, Good inter-personal skills.
