•    Technical Knowledge
    Technical Expertise in web based development using ASP.NET 4.0 with C# as programming language and SQL Server 2005/2008 as database
    Good knowledge of  SDLC
    Write, maintain, modify, integrate & test software code.
•    Process Knowledge
    Quality Controls
    Excellent Communication Skills
    Conflicts and issues resolution and escalation
    Experience in Financial Services domain (Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Exchange connectivity)
Good-to-Have   
•    ASP.NET MVC 3 programming knowledge would be added advantage

1   
•    Analyze client requirements
•    High level design development
•    Production of technical documentation to agreed quality standards.
•    Coding/Development
•    Unit and Integration testing.
•    Writes, edits, and debugs new computer programs for assigned projects, including necessary records and desired output.
•    Interacting with client and onsite team for business requirements
•    Involved in reviewing and testing of all the deliverables.

•    Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.
•    As new technologies emerge and impact our systems, expected to learn these technologies very quickly and resolve any problems involved in integrating new technologies with our systems.
•    Ability to learn new programming languages quickly.
•    Ability to work productively in a team.
