2) JMS, EJB, Webservices - Mandatory Skills
3) Good Skills in writing queries and DB concepts
4) Strong knowledge on J2EE fundamentals with experience in Object Oriented Design and Development and usage of Design Patterns
5) Strong development skills with JDK, Web logic, ANT,
6) Ability to work independently with minimum direction
