Our direct client is looking for an Performance Tester - Louisville, KY.
Location: Louisville, KY
Duration: 12 months - Possible Extension
Job Description
The Sr. QA Analyst will be responsible for Performance, Capacity and Regression Test development .
Will conduct a thorough analysis of critical applications to identify performance verification and scalability needs
and develop automated tests to ensure performance and regression expectations are met.
Primary Skill: Mercury QTP
Will establish plans and objectives for advancing Performance, Capacity and Regression Test development.
Will plan, execute and manage Performance/Capacity Tests, analyze and troubleshoot performance problems, and produce Executive Summary Results documentation.
Responsible for designing and implementing automated scripts for load and stress testing so that performance and scalability of multiple systems can be analyzed before production deployment.
Will manage and participate in all aspects of Performance/Capacity Testing work,including both analytical support for development projects and maintenance of
existing applications in production.
Must be able to establish plans and objectives for the Quality Assurance Team and ensure resources are effectively utilized for meeting
Performance, Capacity and Regression Testing goals.
Responsible to communicate team's results, including quality of work, timeliness, and budgetary goals.
