Job Title: Communication Business Analyst

Location: Bloomington, IL

Duration: 6+ months

Experience Required: 7+ years

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Mandatory Skills:

• Demonstrates project coordination skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple work assignments with minimal supervision
• Assists with developing communications and their execution concerning development center related topics
• Strong working knowledge of fundamental concepts of technology and communication
• Effectively communicates messages/findings both inside and outside of development center
• Evaluates and provides recommendations/solutions around complex communication activities, projects, and/or technology issues
• Coordinates and develops communication strategies, change management plans, and messages to support development center initiatives
• Applies communication/technology skills and knowledge to a broad range of development center activities
• Serves as a resource to a variety of groups when examining development center related communication and technology issues
• Handles complex projects and requests with minimal supervision
• Serves as a development center communication representative on inter-project groups and/or committees, or with external business partners as needed
• Assists in the development, maintenance, monitoring, and revising of communication and communication plans, and/or the development center SharePoint site
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and at least intermediate skills in Share Point.
