Title: Sr. Datastage Developer/ Lead
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 6+ months

Job Description:

-          Total 8-10 yrs. of IT experience, with 6+ yrs. of strong ETL architect/Lead experience.

-          Candidate should have minimum  5+ yrs. of experience with design and development of ETL process using InfoSphere DataStage v8.x on Unix platform

-          Candidate must have strong data warehouse concept and data model skills

-          Candidate must have strong design and architecture skills

-          Candidate should have strong experience writing Unix Shell script.

-          Candidate should have good experience in design and development of ETL Framework on minimum of 2-3 projects.

-          Candidate should have excellent problem solving and debug skill in resolving any job related issues

-          Candidate should have strong knowledge SQL and working with a major database such as Oracle, Teradata DB2 or Netezza.

Desirable Skills:

-          Candidate should have good experience on InfoSphere Change Data Capture (CDC) and should be able to guide the CDC design process for real-time change detection.

-          Knowledge of DataStage administration

-          Experience with the Netezza Platform

-          Candidate should have good exposure to Information Analyzer and MetaData workbench tool.

-          Good team player
